My husband used to play basketball with Dave Lazanis at the Y and became friends with him, so when we needed insurance it was only natural to use Dave's agency. We have always been happy with their service and products, and when Mike took over we were equally satisfied. Kylie Kagan, the company's liaison was always available for speedy resolution to our questions when we recently had a home inspection done. Her service reminded us that this was one time when it pays to do business with your friends.

Was recently forced to shop for home insurance after the carrier I was insured with went out of business. I called GreatFlorida and was so impressed with the service given by Ady Cruz. From the first phone call Ady was professional, helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. Ady provided a choice of a couple of quotes and worked with me through the back and forth of questionnaires, the selection of carriers and the binding. I was referred to Mike Lazanis by my son-in-law after me sharing the horrible experiences I was having with my previous Insurance company. Mike Lazanis was helping a client in his office but his receptionist; Ady Cruz, was very patiently listening to my issues I had to go through. I told her, I just wanted to talk to Mike because he was referred to me. She told me no problem at all, and took my phone number for him to call back, and before I knew it she showed such care and concern I felt comfortable to give her my information to run a quote and have Mike double check it to give me the piece of mind the team work was in play. My name is Dwight S and I would like to say that I have been with the Lazanis insurance program for 20 yrs. The staff has always been top notch. From David to Mike... always great. The two people that stand out the most are Veronica who has always been very nice and helpful to my home owners insurance and Susan for my auto insurance.
