Being a small business owner, having quick access to COI’s is crucial. I highly recommend Linette Rivera for any and all commercial insurance needs. Linette shopped insurance and was able to find more coverage for a lower price this year which is unheard of. My husband and I want to thank Mike Lazanis and agents Benjamin and Stephany for all of their help in obtaining home owners insurance after our former insurance company UPC left the state of Florida. The only notice we were given was a letter from the state of Florida telling us we were cancelled, giving us 2 weeks to find insurance on our own. We were paid in full till November of 2023 and have filed no claims. We have yet to to receive any help or notification from our former insurance company Condon Meek. Kudos to Mike Lazanis for helping us find insurance

A Canadian snowbird - surprised with 2022 year to 2023 year increase, but was helped by an enthusiastic very personable and polite Audrey Sinka, at Great Florida insurance, 1468 Gulf to Bay, and her customer service saved the day. My husband used to play basketball with Dave Lazanis at the Y and became friends with him, so when we needed insurance it was only natural to use Dave's agency. We have always been happy with their service and products, and when Mike took over we were equally satisfied. Kylie Kagan, the company's liaison was always available for speedy resolution to our questions when we recently had a home inspection done. Her service reminded us that this was one time when it pays to do business with your friends.
